Delivery of Materials
Solstice Roofing, LLC provides all roofing materials directly to the project site as part of its contracted roofing services. Materials are not shipped to customers independently and are delivered only to the residential or commercial property identified in the signed Roofing Contract.
All material deliveries are coordinated and scheduled by Solstice Roofing, LLC or its authorized suppliers. Delivery typically occurs on or before the scheduled installation date, weather and supply conditions permitting. Materials may be delivered in advance of installation and staged safely on the property (e.g., driveway, yard, or rooftop) as required for efficient project execution.
Solstice Roofing maintains open and transparent communication with all clients regarding material delivery. Clients will receive updates and confirmations about delivery scheduling and timing through multiple communication channels:
If materials may be staged prior to installation, Solstice Roofing will notify the client in advance and confirm placement preferences when applicable. Any material delivery changes or delays due to supplier availability or weather will be communicated promptly using one or more of the above methods.
